• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Participate in developing policies and procedures.
• Recommend engagement activities to motivate employees.
• Assist in issuing employment contracts, performs new hire orientation, and secures 201 files of new hires.
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. Conduct due process
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
