Business Manager and Administrator

Viridian is a private investment organization that helps founders ideate, incubate and accelerate their businesses with access to capital, advisory and partners. We're new & young in the investment field and are looking to hire for the post of Business Manager and Administrator to help grow & manage our portfolio of businesses. We're looking for dynamic self learners with the ability to take on challenges as the role will continue to evolve with the business.
Responsibilities
- Learning and understanding the capabilities/service offerings of multiple businesses and their business processes.
- Learning skills around business development, go-to-market strategies, and overall business growth and being updated with industry best practices.
- Supporting the development, implementation, and management of sales strategies, marketing plans, and products/services across multiple businesses. Taking care of compliance issues across the businesses.
- Coordinate with relevant team members to ensure taxes, paperwork, and other administrative tasks by coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Project managing by liaising with stakeholders across the businesses, setting clear deadlines, and ensuring projects are on track and delivered on time by mapping out clear processes.
- Coordinate with multiple CEOs and stakeholders, take accountability on project follow-ups and communicate project status/updates and work output clearly and concisely to all parties involved.
- Be a part of incubating different business ideas. Learn how to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-stress situations.

- Critical thinking & problem solving ability to make the right decisions in a timely manner and take all necessary information into consideration.
- Excellent knowledge of Google docs/sheets/slides.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn different concepts and processes.
- Minimum 01-year experience working in a corporate setting managing/assisting similar tasks.
