The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role involves managing reservations, answering inquiries, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and friendly reception.

  • Check-in and check-out guests, handling reservations and payments.

  • Provide information and assistance to guests, answering inquiries and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a customer service role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
