Job role Description
This is a contract role for a Virtual Assistant. As a Virtual Assistant at Starleap, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and assisting with research projects. There are possible opportunities that might involve some skilled work like graphic designing and finance work as well. This is a remote role and you will be expected to work independently while maintaining communication with the team.
The tasks given and the amount of working hours will vary depending on the client or their needs at that point in time. The contract will be given depending on whether you satisfy the criteria in terms of these 3 factors mentioned. thereby candidate should ideally have ability and openness of working whenever needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Good level patience when servicing clients
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn new skills
- Computer Skills.
- Self Motivation And Discipline.
