As we expand our team, we are seeking a talented UI/UX Engineer to contribute to the success of our HRIS project.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define and implement innovative solutions for the HRIS user interface and user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability of the HRIS.
• Create and maintain a consistent and intuitive design system for the HRIS.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into the HRIS project.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback, iterating designs based on user input.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with HRIS or similar enterprise-level systems.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
