We are searching for a talented graphic designer to create visual assets that inspire and communicate to both internal and external audiences. Working across several brands within the Synovize portfolio, this role provides an opportunity to design for web, social, email, and print channels.

Responsibilities

• Work with marketing and sales-side leadership to deliver compelling graphic support across digital and print marketing channels that convey each brand’s voice

• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts

• Work collaboratively with other marketing team members such as copywriters, videographers, and other designers to develop and create new marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite

-Strong Photoshop skills are required. Photo retouching/manipulation, lighting, typography, and ability to photoshop products into an image to appear seamlessly as part of a scene.

• 2 years of graphic design experience preferred, or a strong design portfolio with equivalent work

-Experience with videography and website design is a plus with salary upside

• Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality

• Experience designing for digital channels such as social media, email, and web

• Meticulous and detail oriented with an eye for balance in design

• Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas to team members and executive leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
