Designation: Senior Web Developer

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications using HTML, CSS, .NET Core, and JavaScript libraries.
• Utilize CMS platforms to streamline content management processes and enhance the scalability of web solutions.
• Lead the implementation of CRUD operations to ensure seamless interaction between the backend and frontend of applications, making them visible and functional to end-users.
• Implement best practices for building accessibility websites, ensuring compliance with WCAG guidelines and optimizing usability for all users.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to drive the iterative development process, promote collaboration, and deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive and visually appealing web interfaces.
• Implement and maintain master pages in .NET to provide a consistent layout and design across multiple pages within web applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in web development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, .NET Core, and JavaScript libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and experience integrating them into web applications.
• Experience implementing CRUD operations to create, read, update, and delete data within web applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience building accessibility websites and ensuring compliance with WCAG guidelines.
• Familiarity with master pages and their implementation in .NET to maintain consistent layouts and designs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers
