Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive facility maintenance programs to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
• Regularly inspect premises for potential hazards and address issues promptly.
• Oversee cleaning staff and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
• Implement Contrinex facility standards and educate staff.
• Manage outside vendors for maintenance work execution.
• Diagnose breakdown problems and carry out quality inspections.
• Establish and manage preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate with technicians to troubleshoot and repair equipment promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Maintain organized inventory of spare parts and equipment.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
• Maintain and update maintenance software.
• Ensure department KPIs are met and write maintenance strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, certificate in facility or maintenance management.
• Training in equipment-specific maintenance.
• 5 years of experience in facility and maintenance management.
• Proficient in labor handling, organization, and leadership.
• Fire drilling and first aid training.
• Familiarity with SaaS maintenance software.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
