What will you be doing?
- Help build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet customer service team targets and response time SLAs
- Champion proactive communication - reach clients before they reach us
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Be an effective liaison/communicator between clients + the delivery team
What will you need to be considered?
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Capability to function well in a fast-paced and a high-pressure work environment.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritise those tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills (Written & verbal)
- Exposure in a similar role within an agency/agencies is preferred
