Customer Communications Executives

What will you be doing?

  • Help build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet customer service team targets and response time SLAs
  • Champion proactive communication - reach clients before they reach us
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Be an effective liaison/communicator between clients + the delivery team

What will you need to be considered?

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Capability to function well in a fast-paced and a high-pressure work environment.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritise those tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Written & verbal)
  • Exposure in a similar role within an agency/agencies is preferred
