Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control logistics daily for deliveries to customers

• Maintain good communication with retailer DC centers

• Negotiate with new vendors (logistics companies)

• Determine the quantity of goods delivery for each retailer

• Establish new logistics centers and delivery systems

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales & Marketing Department), especially during product promotions

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of D3/S1 from any major

• 3 years of experience as a Sales Operation Supervisor in the manufacturing industry (preferably in fresh food & frozen food industry)

• Communicative, agile, and possess interpersonal skills

• Knowledgeable about Logistics and trading terms

• Able to work individually or in a team

• Ability to handle dynamic and fast-changing situations
