JD for SDR:

1-4 years of experience in generating B2B leads by initiating cold calling, ABM (Account-based marketing) campaigns, dedicated outbound cold campaigns, and social selling.

Experience in prospecting in the following domains: IT services & consulting (including staff augmentation) & SaaS.

Preferably served for the corresponding industries such as fintech/financial services, technology, information & internet, E-commerce, Internet marketplace platforms, Edtech, IT/ITES, and Internet publishing.

Proven track record in the Indian market.

Drive outbound prospecting in ‘named accounts’ to generate new business opportunities, connecting with senior IT and C-Level personnel to qualify and schedule discovery calls.

Consistently achieve the monthly & quarterly quota of qualified opportunities.

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.), sales enablement tools (like Sales Robot, Outplay, Salesloft, Zoom Info, Apollo.io, Lusha, Seamless.ai, etc.)

Previous experience in an early-stage or growth-stage startup is advantageous.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for a good cultural fit.
