Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital transformation projects, with a primary focus on Salesforce solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and operations, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
4. Effectively manage project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and contractors, to optimize project outcomes.
5. Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or risks that may arise during project execution.
6. Utilize project management best practices and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and ensure project success.
7. Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reporting to senior management on project progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
8. Mentor and coach junior project team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
9. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in digital transformation, Salesforce, and project management, and incorporate relevant advancements into project strategies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
