We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our client as Senior Technician (MEP | Building Maintenance)

Designation: Senior Technician (MEP | Building Maintenance)

Responsibilities:

• Sound knowledge and experience in maintaining Electrical and Mechanical services in a muti story buildings and other building service area.
• Responsible for carry out regular preventative maintenance, inspection related to the power distribution systems, generators and ATS, central air conditioning and ventilation system, electrical appliances, plumbing systems, elevators, pest control, fire systems, solar and other building maintenance activities.
• Responsible for carrying out and attending to Maintenance, Repairs and Breakdown Activities and New Installations and ensuring maximum efficiency of the MEP and sola systems.
• Responsible for attending to tenant issues urgently and rectifying issues within agreed timelines.
• Attend and address health and Safety protocols within the company.
• Responsible for providing technical knowledge and guidance as and when requested for all facility related matters.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• NVQ level 4 certificate or above, alternate qualifications will also be considered (NAITA / TVEC and passed A/L)
• Minimum 5 years as technician with MEP/ Building maintenance experience.
• A valid Driving license for both vehicles and bike.
• Prepared to work weekends and holidays as and when required.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong spoken and written communications.
• An aptitude to work independently with minimum supervision
