Role & Responsibilities

As an Intern in Digital Marketing, you will:

• Assist in designing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
• Support the setup of email campaigns, including building emails, selecting lists, and creating automation sequences.
• Provide input and recommendations to enhance current email campaigns, focusing on improving conversions, open rates, and deliverability.
• Incorporate feedback and implement improvements into email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Contribute ideas for engaging social media content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
• Assist in writing compelling copy for social media posts and responding to audience engagement professionally.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for email and social media campaigns.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the international team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Have a keen interest in digital marketing and are eager to learn and grow in this field.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media channels is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies.
• Basic understanding of domain reputation, email deliverability, and social media analytics.
• Proficiency in copywriting, graphic design, and video editing software is an advantage.

This is a Full-Time internship (40 hours per week), offering flexible working hours and a fully remote setup. While there are no set working hours, periodic meetings may be scheduled between 6 and 10 pm IST to accommodate international team coordination.
