We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to provide technical assistance, manage client onboarding, and support CRM operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SaaS products, excellent communication skills, and practical experience using HubSpot for customer lifecycle management.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and calls
- Troubleshoot product issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including product demos, data setup, and training
- Maintain and update customer records and workflows in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams to improve customer experience
- Document FAQs, guides, and onboarding resources
- Track support metrics and escalate recurring issues
✅ Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or onboarding
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
- Experience in onboarding clients, preferably for SaaS or tech products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
