We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to provide technical assistance, manage client onboarding, and support CRM operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SaaS products, excellent communication skills, and practical experience using HubSpot for customer lifecycle management.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and calls
  • Troubleshoot product issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including product demos, data setup, and training
  • Maintain and update customer records and workflows in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams to improve customer experience
  • Document FAQs, guides, and onboarding resources
  • Track support metrics and escalate recurring issues

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or onboarding
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
  • Experience in onboarding clients, preferably for SaaS or tech products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
