Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Consulting: Collaborate with the Board of Directors and line management to address all HR issues and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
- Manpower Planning: Lead the creation and management of yearly Manpower Planning (MPP) in alignment with business objectives. Review and update MPP quarterly to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Recruitment & Selection: Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure recruitment processes are aligned with MPP goals and organizational requirements.
- HR Policy Management: Develop, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with company values and culture.
- Onboarding & Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Guide and support the performance management process, including talent review, development planning, and performance evaluation.
- Talent Management: Lead succession planning efforts, talent pool development, and implementation of development programs to groom future leaders and critical position successors.
- Employee Engagement & Recognition: Drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover rates.
- HR Data Management: Integrate and visualize HR data using tools like HR Dashboard powered by Power BI to provide real-time insights for decision-making.
- Collaboration & HR Events: Work collaboratively with other departments to organize HR events and initiatives that promote employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Employee Coaching & Counselling: Provide guidance and support to employees through coaching and counselling sessions to address performance issues and enhance professional development.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare HRBP reports and analyze HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the IT/Technology industry preferred.
- Skills:Proficient in HR Policy development, review, and update. Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment & Selections aligned with Manpower Planning. Expertise in Performance Management, including evaluation and performance improvement strategies. Proven ability in Employee Engagement & Recognitions initiatives. Talent Management skills, including succession planning and development programs. Competency in People & Organization Development (ODPD) strategies. Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as SAP HCM, SAP SF, and ORACLE Taleo Fusion.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior management and Board of Directors to address HR challenges and enhance workforce development strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Project Management: Experience in leading HR projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
- Certifications: HR certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) are a plus.
