  1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the construction industry.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  6. Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  8. Monitor and report on sales activities and performance.


  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering
  2. Proven track record of successful business development in the construction industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction industry trends and market conditions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  8. Willingness to travel as required.
