Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager for 5-7 years in the IT industry, fintech, or digital transformation company.
- Experience handling B2B or enterprise-level clients.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions and organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Work closely with the Head of Business to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
- Close deals with clients and contribute to the business team in driving revenue.
- Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
- Keep abreast of market trends and the product & competitor landscape.
