Senior Account Sales (CX)

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets within the Enterprise BFSI sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Lead outbound and cold calling initiatives to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
  • Participate in tender and bidding processes for large-scale projects with major banks and state-owned BFSI enterprises.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.


  • 7+ years of Business Development or Telesales experience in selling Software for Enterprise BFSI companies, with a strong network within the BFSI industry.
  • Demonstrable success in closing more than $3 billion/year in revenue from Enterprise clients within a fiscal year.
  • Proven ability to engage key accounts through networking and human interaction, including outbound and cold calling.
  • Experience in tendering and bidding for major projects with big banks or state-owned BFSI enterprises.
  • Track record of success with IT Software, SaaS, System Integrator, CX, BPaaS, or CXaaS companies focused on customer experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
