Job Title: SaaS Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and prospecting techniques.
Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, presenting the software’s features and benefits tailored to the potential customer’s needs.
Understand customer requirements and challenges to effectively communicate how the software can address their specific needs.
· Maintain a deep understanding of the software’s features, updates, and integrations, as well as the overall market and competitors.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring agreements meet both customer expectations and company goals.
Work closely with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition and high satisfaction levels for new clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help shape future product features and updates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and sales best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and align on lead generation efforts.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-related fields.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuasively convey the value of software solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to understand complex software and articulate its benefits to a non-technical audience.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
