Job Title: SaaS Sales Agent

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and prospecting techniques.

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.

  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, presenting the software’s features and benefits tailored to the potential customer’s needs.

  • Understand customer requirements and challenges to effectively communicate how the software can address their specific needs.

· Maintain a deep understanding of the software’s features, updates, and integrations, as well as the overall market and competitors.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring agreements meet both customer expectations and company goals.

  • Work closely with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition and high satisfaction levels for new clients.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help shape future product features and updates.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and sales best practices.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and align on lead generation efforts.

  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-related fields.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuasively convey the value of software solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.

  • Ability to understand complex software and articulate its benefits to a non-technical audience.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
