Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in International Sales/ Marketing.
• Undergraduates/ Fresh graduates in related discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Higher proficiency in spoken & written English.

Job Duties

• Engage with prospective clients, particularly UK care homes, to introduce our staffing services and Utilize a variety of strategies to effectively communicate our offerings and benefits to potential clients.
• Analyze the unique needs and requirements of each client and formulate tailored strategies to address their specific challenges.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to handle calls with clients, addressing their inquiries, objections, and concerns while promoting the advantages of our service.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and onboarding, demonstrating a proactive approach to generating business opportunities and revenue growth.
• Lead by example in making effective calls and sending out compelling emails.
• Strive to make clients agreeable and content with our rates and services.
• Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
• Contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company by consistently achieving targets and objectives.
