Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate and attend photoshoots, ensuring client requirements are met and providing on-site support to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with clients' objectives, creating engaging content, and scheduling posts across various platforms.
  • Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities to drive engagement and build brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media performance using metrics and insights, providing regular reports to clients and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and account management, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to ensure the highest level of expertise in client relations and social media management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and online audiences.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using various social media platforms and understanding of social media trends, features, and best practices.
  • Basic skills in content creation, including writing compelling copy and curating visually appealing content.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic analytical skills to monitor social media performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing client needs and evolving social media landscapes.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills to work effectively with internal teams and address client concerns.
