Senior Account Manager (Digital Agency)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, objectives, and challenges to develop tailored digital strategies.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI and achieve client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, development, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional services to clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our service offerings and deliver innovative solutions.


  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and achieving measurable results for clients.
  • Strong leadership skills with at least 2-3 years of experience leading and mentoring team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly demeanor with a disciplined approach to work, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
