Position Overview:

As a Digital Campaign Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Additionally, you'll be responsible for overseeing campaign execution, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders to meet production requirements and deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, creative development, and budget management.
  • Manage and oversee campaign execution, including coordinating production requirements with internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate them into campaign strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and key learnings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Experience overseeing production requirements and coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Agency experience is required.
