Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements, translating them into detailed documentation and specifications.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and feasibility studies to support business decision-making and strategy development.
- Identify and analyze business needs, opportunities, and challenges, recommending solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and validate proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, user stories, process flows, and system diagrams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project managers in project planning, monitoring progress and identifying risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders, addressing inquiries, clarifying requirements, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role, with a minimum of two years in a relevant industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas, facilitate discussions, and present findings to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies as needed.
