Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ratio analysis, to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and business growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and capital projects by performing cost-benefit analysis, return on investment analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess financial health and identify key performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into financial performance, key metrics, and trends for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to gather data, validate assumptions, and support decision-making processes.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a financial analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate finance or investment banking environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, perform quantitative analysis, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
