We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ESG/Carbon Manager to oversee our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and carbon management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, environmental management, and carbon footprint reduction, with a passion for driving positive change within the sport shoes manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives to drive sustainability goals and reduce carbon footprint across all operations.
• Monitor and report on key ESG performance indicators, including greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, waste generation, and water usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into product design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for carbon offset projects and renewable energy investments to achieve carbon neutrality.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners, to promote ESG best practices and enhance brand reputation.
• Stay informed about regulatory developments and industry trends related to ESG and carbon management, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
• Lead training and awareness programs to educate employees about the importance of sustainability and encourage participation in ESG initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG management, carbon accounting, or sustainability consulting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, carbon reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, CDP), and sustainable business practices.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ESG strategies and carbon reduction programs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Certification in sustainability (e.g., CSR-P, GRI) or carbon management (e.g., CMVP, CEM) is a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change in the sport shoes manufacturing industry.
