Human Resources Assistant - Recruitment and Selection Focus

Position Overview:

We are looking for a professional who seeks to deeply understand market trends, is agile to react to variations in these trends, and operates entirely based on data and experimentation. Your Challenges:

  • To creatively advertise and assist in the prospecting of professionals for open positions using various channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • To screen resumes, identifying the most suitable candidates.
  • To carry out the recruitment and selection process, aligning profiles with company needs.
  • To organize and archive documents in the area to ensure information security.
  • To participate in training and seek constant improvements in recruitment and selection processes.
  • To maintain effective communication with candidates in the selection process, providing clear feedback.
  • To provide support in demands related to recruitment and selection, contributing to HR department objectives.

What You Should Have:

  • Completed or pursuing a degree in Psychology, HR Management, Administration, or related fields.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection, at various levels and regions, adapting to different profiles and contexts demonstrating process management skills.
  • Ability to conduct individual and group interviews, ensuring an accurate assessment of candidates.
  • Ability to efficiently screen resumes, identifying the most qualified professionals within the Company's parameters and culture.
  • Competence in scheduling interviews and aligning candidate profiles with department managers.
  • Knowledge of maintaining control spreadsheets, keeping accurate and updated records.
  • Willingness to provide support to the HR department in various recruitment and selection-related activities.
  • To effectively interact with a manager located in Malta and conduct interviews with people from various countries, proficiency in English and cultural awareness are key.

  • Experience in cultural fit interviews, prioritizing the identification of shared values and alignment with the Company's culture.
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills, ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Basic knowledge of employer branding techniques, contributing to the construction of a positive image of the Company in the job market.
