Job Description:

Altitude Holdings is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time basis. As our organization embarks on road construction projects vital for the development of our region, we recognize the importance of having a skilled HR professional to support our workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of Altitude Holdings.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on matters related to compensation and benefits.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure Altitude Holdings remains in compliance with all applicable laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite)
