Job Description:
Altitude Holdings is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time basis. As our organization embarks on road construction projects vital for the development of our region, we recognize the importance of having a skilled HR professional to support our workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of Altitude Holdings.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on matters related to compensation and benefits.
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure Altitude Holdings remains in compliance with all applicable laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite)
