The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our human resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Coordinator's duties will involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with human resources management systems and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll process.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Languages ( Kurdish and English is a plus ).
