Sales Supervisor (Retail)

  1. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  2. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  4. Ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked and merchandised.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
  6. Train new sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
  8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to company standards.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
