Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked and merchandised.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Train new sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
