About the Role: The Software Engineering Intern (Research And Development) at Metana is at the forefront of new developments in Metana, facilitating necessary resources and tools for the company’s new projects and ideas. This involves collecting existing data to help with business decisions and derive actionable insights that drive Metana’s new initiatives forward. Meanwhile, the Software Engineering Intern (Research And Development) will also work on new developments and research related to Metana.
The Software Engineering Intern (Research And Development) must work closely with existing team members and sometimes collaborate with external parties to make Metana’s ideas a reality. This role will mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while making their work easier by reducing repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collation and Analysis: Gather data from various sources, analyze information, and derive actionable insights to advance Metana’s educational initiatives.
- Innovation and Development: Create and conceptualize new ideas, ensuring Metana remains at the cutting edge of blockchain education.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, operations and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to Metana’s offerings.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain, data science, and cybersecurity to ensure Metana’s curriculum and offerings are top-notch.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Full-stack development experience with expertise in FARM Stack (FastAPI, React, and MongoDB).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for mentorship and teaching.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a systematic approach to addressing challenges.
- Proficient in GitHub and familiar with collaborative coding practices.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
