- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team.
- The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of our employees, facilities, and assets.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing security operations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security measures to mitigate threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Implement security measures to mitigate risks and threats.
- Oversee security personnel and coordinate security operations.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.
- Maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency response agencies.
- Stay informed about emerging security threats and technologies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in security management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Police clearance within 6 months
- Certification in security management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Certified Security Manager) is a plus.
