• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team.
• The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of our employees, facilities, and assets.
• The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing security operations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security measures to mitigate threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Implement security measures to mitigate risks and threats.
• Oversee security personnel and coordinate security operations.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency response agencies.
• Stay informed about emerging security threats and technologies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in security management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, procedures, and protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid Police clearance within 6 months
• Certification in security management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Certified Security Manager) is a plus.
