Responsibilities:

  1. Seeking an individual with a forward-thinking approach, adept at achieving tangible results by identifying and pursuing collaborative opportunities that resonate with organizational goals.
  2. Responsible for nurturing relationships with both prospective and established partners, including creative agencies, vendors across various advertising platforms, and digital media outlets.
  3. Tasked with crafting and implementing a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
  4. Seeking a candidate with strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, driving informed decision-making and optimizing the performance of partnerships.
  5. Charged with devising plans for expanding and seamlessly integrating partnerships within the organization.
  6. Overseeing the performance of partnerships to ensure they remain in sync with business targets.
  7. Knowledgeable about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors, with a keen interest in staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  8. Collaborating closely with other departments such as sales, account management, and operations to deliver successful partnership outcomes.
  9. Representing the company at industry gatherings and events to enhance brand visibility and showcase services.
  10. Conducting educational sessions on product updates for sales, account management, and marketing teams to enhance their collective knowledge.

Qualifications:

  1. A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a relevant field within the advertising agency/digital marketing sphere.
  3. Demonstrated ability to establish fruitful partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  4. Proficient in negotiation and communication, with a knack for fostering opportunities and achieving favorable outcomes with partners.
  5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
  6. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  7. Strong business acumen and an understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics.
  8. Must possess an existing network of vendors, creative agencies, and digital media outlets, with a proven ability to forge agency partnerships.
  9. Fluent in English.
