Job Description
· Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including email, social media, and display advertising
· Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, and email newsletters
· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
· Manage the company's social media profiles and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and drive user engagement
· Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
· Support the development and maintenance of the company website, including content updates and optimization for user experience and conversion rate optimization
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative approaches to reach target audiences effectively
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
· 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related role
· Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
· Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
· Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
