Handle all types of secretarial work, coordination, and administration functions, including managing projects.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination skills, strong communication abilities, good command of English and a proven track record of successfully managing multitasking projects.
- The position requires exceptional Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel skills for creating presentations and managing project-related data.
Applications are called from dynamic individuals possessing competency in secretarial functions including a good command in English language, both in verbal and written communication. A Credit Pass at the GCE (O/L) is Mandatory. Familiar in IT operations would be an added advantage.
