Responsibilities:
- Customer Project :
- Accompany account / inside sales after the "connected lead" stage
- Assess and confirm the customer needs, requirements and KPIs.
- Consider the best use case solution for the project with DSO division and Delivery Ops division
- Develop technical demonstration and proposal with PCS with DSO division and DeliveryOps division
- Execute POC if requested from the customer
- Handling technical questions or objections from the customer
- Solution Development :
- Research the target industry needs (or hassles) ,competitor solutions and market CX solution trends with marketing team
- Design and develop new use case solutions that has enough value and competitive advantage
- Look for the best technical partnership to maximize our solution value in CX
- Standardize the video demonstration to be ready to re-use anytime with marketing team
- Knowledge Acquisition & Transfer :
- Acquire the product knowledge and existing project performance from DSO and Delivery Ops division
- Share the market solution trends to the account / inside sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience working in a pre-sales or technical consulting role and experienced in Managerial level at least 3 years
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
