Salary: 2500 AED Onwards

Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the banking and finance sector.

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

● Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell banking products and services based on clients' needs and preferences.

● Conduct regular client meetings to review their financial goals, provide personalized advice, and recommend suitable solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

● Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.

● Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.

● Prepare and present reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and market trends to management.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in a similar role.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

● Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.

● Ability to understand clients' financial needs and goals and recommend appropriate solutions.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail..

● Bachelor's degree or HND or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
