Job Description:As a Construction Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting precise measurements and surveys to establish reference points, grades, and elevations on construction sites.
• Providing support in setting out buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other structures according to project plans and specifications.
• Performing quality control checks to verify compliance with design requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any survey-related issues and ensure project milestones are met.
• Utilizing advanced surveying equipment and software to collect and analyze data accurately.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in operating total stations, GPS equipment, and other surveying instruments.
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, principles, and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
