Job Description:
As an Accounts/Client Servicing Executive at our agency, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic plans for our clients, while also managing and nurturing client relationships. You will oversee the coordination and administration of ongoing client service programs, encompassing strategy development, planning, organization, leadership, and control of program activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Understand client needs and goals, and develop customized strategic solutions through consultative selling, creating content plans, and related tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with client objectives and deliver desired results.
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, design, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key insights and opportunities for clients.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on advertising trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Track and monitor client satisfaction and feedback, consistently working to improve the agency's services and strategies.
- Prepare reports on account status, strategy development, and campaign performance for stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, actively seeking avenues for expansion based on strategic insights.
- Address and resolve client complaints effectively and professionally, maintaining a positive relationship.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to target prospective clients and support business development efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts/Client Servicing Executive or similar role in Advertising or related field.
- Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services.
- Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships and team building.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
