What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support via email and chat.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, investigate issues, and deliver prompt and accurate solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless resolutions for all customer inquiries.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering trust and building strong customer relationships.
  • Able to work from Monday to Friday, 4.00 am to 1.00 pm. (Sri Lanka Time)

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and a passion for exceeding expectations are key.
  • Proficiency in technology (especially CRM) and willing to pick up new technologies if required.
  • A knack for de-escalating situations and resolving conflicts calmly and professionally.
  • The ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
