As a Content Creator specializing in short-form content at DontBlink you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and viral content pieces for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize, produce, and optimize content that resonates with the clients audience to be distributed across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Youtube shorts etc

Your responsibilities will include:

-Creating innovative and high-quality short form content for -TikTok and other relevant platforms.

-Staying updated with trends, challenges, and algorithm changes across the relevant platforms

-Collaborating with strategists to ensure content aligns with client objectives and goals

-Based on performance of content implementing strategies and tweaks to the content produced to increase engagement, reach, and virality.

-Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing new content for maximum impact.

-Staying informed about emerging social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a focus on TikTok or short form content.

-Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. -Ability to carry out research and brainstorming session to develop relevant content ideas for our clients

-Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas.

-Proficiency in basic video editing tools such as CapCut or TikTok’s inbuilt editing tool would be an added advantage

-Passion for storytelling and creating engaging content that drives results.
