HR Manager (Financial Services)

  1. Oversee various HR functions including hiring, compensation, HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.
  2. Direct the HR team in formulating and executing strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company objectives.
  3. Supervise employee performance metrics.
  4. Collaborate with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  5. Devise and execute HR strategies congruent with overall business goals.
  6. Manage the company's HR Information System (HRIS).
  7. Revise company policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field.
  2. 4-5 years of experience in HR management or HR business partnering.
  3. Extensive background in Organization Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management System implementation.
  4. Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages.
  5. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with the finance industry.
  6. Results-oriented, people-focused, excellent communication skills, and solid business acumen.
