We are seeking a UI/UX Designer specialized in Product Design with a flair for creating intuitive and innovative user experiences to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement visually compelling user interfaces for web, mobile, and IoT applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements and user feedback.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to ensure optimal user journeys.
- Lead brainstorming meetings with clients to foster collaboration and project innovation.
- Actively listen to client concerns and translate user insights into actionable solutions that exceed expectations.
- Transform user research into engaging experiences through creative brainstorming and visual mockups.
- Craft high-fidelity prototypes that bring design visions to life.
- Ensure brand adherence by following established style guides for fonts, colors, and imagery.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills in web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and interaction design principles.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with team members across different disciplines.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Design, Computer Science, Communications & Media, or a relevant field is preferred but not required.
