Job Role:

• Efficiently address and resolve support requests, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to stakeholders, including phone assistance.
• Offer technical support for software and hardware.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Skill required:

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science from a reputable institute, or NVQ Level 4 or higher.
• Learning ability to enhance to passion skills.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills.
