Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients (international and local) and technical teams to plan and implement project deliverables.
  • Maintain daily communication with clients and stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell company capabilities to existing clients.
  • Create essential documentation including Statements of Work, Project Proposals, and Deliverables.
  • Liaise between the project team, leadership, and finance teams.
  • Manage the expectations of all stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Establish clear ownership of projects, ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Lead technical teams while practicing core agile principles.
  • Identify resource requirements and prepare budget forecasts based on project scope.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Make proactive decisions to advance project progress.
  • Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and motivate team members, leading by example.
  • Identify, assess, and control project risks.
  • Coordinate with dependent teams across different locations/time zones.
  • Recommend process improvements for project efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management within the software development industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale software development projects.
  • In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (Trello, Jira, Notion etc.).
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
