Job Description:

• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns during key seasons, using both organic and paid methods to enhance client visibility and engagement.
• Produce relevant content for various social media platforms, aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Apply effective social media optimisation techniques to boost campaign performance and extend reach.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in social media marketing, and integrate these insights into campaign planning.
• Investigate new social media platforms to continuously evolve and refine our marketing strategies to better meet client demands.
• Work closely and engage with social media influences and source content.
• Plan and manage monthly promotional activities, including comprehensive reports to evaluate success and identify improvement opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or surpass key campaign metrics, with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: Hold professional digital marketing certification or equivalent. A background in Creative Writing is beneficial.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media management or digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of major social media ad management platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Canva, Wordpress and upcoming platforms. Proven skills in SEO.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional skill in creating compelling and persuasive content, adaptable to a variety of audiences and platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Skilled in using social media analytics tools and interpreting key engagement metrics to optimise campaigns and assess their success.
• Innovation: Keen on innovative ideas and quick to adopt new trends and technologies in social media marketing.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective interactions with clients and team members.
