The Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of experience, you will be a pivotal member of our ServiceNow team, taking on a senior role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. In addition to technical expertise, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex ServiceNow projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of ITSM/CSM/FSM/HRSD/SPM
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
