Job Responsibilities

1. Installing and rebuilding and maintaining existing systems and hardware configuration, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
2. Installing and configuring systems such as supports infrastructure applications or IT Asset Management applications.
3. Performing troubleshooting as required.
4. Maintaining data integrity of corporate master data (addition, removal & update).
5. Providing 1st level security monitoring and managing data backups.
6. Providing 1st level support on applications and software for the end-users.
7. Submitting weekly progression report.

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field.

· 0-2 years’ experience in IT administration field.

· A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, and SAP.

Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and soft
