Job Responsibilities

• Installing and rebuilding and maintaining existing systems and hardware configuration, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Installing and configuring systems such as supports infrastructure applications or IT Asset Management applications.
• Performing troubleshooting as required.
• Maintaining data integrity of corporate master data (addition, removal & update).
• Providing 1st level security monitoring and managing data backups.
• Providing 1st level support on applications and software for the end-users.
• Submitting weekly progression report.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field.
• 0-2 years’ experience in IT administration field.
• A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, and SAP.
• Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and soft.
